To me, 'riot' symbolizes vibrant energy and bold action—a refusal to accept the status quo. Together, Spring Riot embodies the spirit of change, creating clothing that nurtures, protects, and inspires. It’s a joyful rebellion against harmful practices and overconsumption, paving the way for thoughtfully designed, skin-healthy basics and a more intentional, slow-fashion future.

Spring Riot began with a simple mission: to find organic underwear for my toddler, free from synthetic fillers and harmful dyes. (Spoiler alert: I couldn’t find any!) This search turned into months of research into the harmful effects of synthetic fibers and the thousands of chemicals used in textile production. Along the way, I discovered a significant gap in the market—so few brands truly prioritize creating children’s clothing that is conscious, ethical, and sustainable.
